Payment & refund policy

A $199 deposit reserves your build slot and covers the initial design work. The remaining $200 of the $399 starting price is due only once your site is built and ready to launch — it is never charged automatically.

If you're not happy with the initial design direction, your $199 deposit is refunded in full — no argument, no hard feelings. Once you approve the design and work continues past that point, the deposit becomes non-refundable, since it covers time already spent building your site.

Custom or advanced features beyond what's included at the $399 starting price may require a separate quote, agreed on before any extra work begins.

Do I need my own hosting account?

Yes — your site runs on your own free Cloudflare account, so it's fully yours and nothing runs through anyone else after handoff. Setup takes a few minutes and the technical configuration is handled for you.

What do I need to provide?

Your real services and prices, hours, booking link, contact info, and photos if you have them. If you don't have branding yet, that's fine — it can be worked out together.

What if I don't like the direction?
